Please visit www.quantumconnectiontravel.com and complete the intake form. This form gives our planner the details she needs to communicate with you directly.

Quotes are typically provided within 24โ€“48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico.

If you already have a passport, please make sure it does not expire within 6 months after your return date from Mexico. If it does, youโ€™ll need to renew it before traveling.

If you need to apply for a passport, you can do so at:

https://www.usa.gov/passport

Processing can take 4โ€“5 months, so we recommend applying as early as possible.

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort is a very popular all-inclusive resort and tends to fill up quickly.

If you plan to attend, please be sure to make your initial deposit no later than February 01, 2026.

All room bookings must be made through our designated travel agent.

CAN I BOOK MY OWN TRAVEL?

Booking through third-party sites or the resortโ€™s website is NOT ALLOWED.

To ensure an accurate guest count, smooth coordination with the resort, and to provide a seamless experience for our guests, all room reservations must be made through our official travel agent, Candice Figueroa. This helps prevent booking issues and ensures you are properly added to the guest list.

You may book your flight separately (especially if using flight miles or points), or Candice can assist with booking your flight as well.

WHAT IF I BOOK OFF OF THE RESORT?

All guests are required to stay on-site at the host resort.

This ensures a seamless experience for everyone and allows us to coordinate resort access, group events, and maintain an accurate guest list.

More importantly, our vision is to have all of our family, friends, and loved ones together in one place to fully share in the joy and togetherness of the weekend.

Booking outside of the resort is not permitted unless the host resort reaches full capacity.

To secure your spot, we strongly encourage you to submit your deposit early to guarantee your room.

If the resort reaches full capacity, Candice will inform you at the time of booking and discuss alternative options with you.

Please note: Guests staying off-site will be required to purchase a day or wedding pass to access the resort. This includes events such as the Welcome Party, and passes typically range from $130โ€“$230 per person.

CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?

Yes, absolutely!

We want this process to be as affordable and seamless as possible for our guests.

Please note: a deposit of $360 per person is required, along with installment payments due up to 45 days prior to travel.

We kindly ask that you are prepared to pay the deposit within 3 to 7 days of receiving your quote.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE WHEN BOOKING?

Your quote will include your flight, hotel accommodations, round-trip airport transportation, and an optional travel insurance plan.

Youโ€™ll also have the option to enroll in a payment plan.

Please note: all guests sharing a room must be ready to submit their deposit at the same time, as group bookings are processed together.

Travel pricing varies based on your departure city, travel dates, number of travelers, and airline selection.

Candice will provide the lowest/best available rate based on your specific itinerary.

A minimum stay of 3 nights / 4 days is required.

Because this is a holiday weekend, Cancun will also be hosting its annual "Cancun Jump Off" event during Memorial Day Weekend, which draws large crowds and increases demand at local resorts.

Due to the influx of travelers, the resort may eventually require a 4-night minimum. We highly recommend booking early to secure your stay and lock in the 3-night minimum while itโ€™s still available.

If your invitation did not include a plus-one, we respectfully ask that you honor the invitation as intended.

All guests will have the option to purchase travel insurance through our travel consultant.

There are two types of coverage available:

1. Travel Credit Insurance

2. Travel Cash-Back Insurance

Our consultant will provide the details and pricing for each option, and you're welcome to choose the one that works best for you.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, youโ€™ll be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that coverage was declined.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are planned to take place outdoors (not on the beach) and are dependent on weather conditions.

In the event of rain, all events will be relocated indoors to ensure the comfort of our guests.

Yes, absolutely!

To ensure consistent pricing, all guests sharing a room must be prepared to pay their deposit at the same time.

If one guest is ready to book and the other is not, our travel consultant will advise you on the best and most cost-effective way to move forward and help avoid any potential price changes or increases.
